Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dundalk, MD, for a Business Development Center (BDC) Representative. The BDC Representative will handle a variety of customer-focused tasks, including answering inbound customer inquiries via phone or email, scheduling appointments, and following up with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction. The individual in this role will also collaborate with the service department, sales team to generate leads, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and inquiries.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Communication
- Basic knowledge of Sales processes and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for customer relationship management
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or sales is a plus
