Job Description:

As a dealership Receptionist at Hyundai of Asheville, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a crucial role in providing a warm and welcoming first impression. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that each visitor receives a positive and memorable introduction to our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Answer phone calls and provide information or direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

Assist customers with general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate staff.

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry.

Support the sales and service teams as needed.

Qualifications:

No prior experience is required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in basic computer applications.

Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Punctual and reliable.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with benefits.

Saturday availability is required.
