Role Description The New Car Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Hyundai of Anderson in Anderson, SC. This role oversees the new vehicle sales department, including managing sales team performance, coaching team members, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. The New Car Sales Manager develops and implements effective sales processes, assists with pricing and inventory strategies, and collaborates with leadership to meet dealership objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers, supporting team members in closing sales, monitoring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a professional, welcoming showroom environment. Qualifications
