Minimum Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or higher preferred
- Prior experience in plant operation in a live manufacturing or industrial facility is required
- State approved license preferred. (Conditioned air contractor, Plumber, electrician etc)
- Experience as a facility operator in a live manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred
- 3~5 years professional experience in live facility maintenance preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Electrical Systems: Expertise in high/low voltage systems, including VCBs and ACBs operation and maintenance.
- HMI (Human-Machine Interfaces): Proficiency in monitoring and controlling industrial processes via HMI systems.
- Industrial Equipment: Comprehensive understanding of industrial machinery and its maintenance requirements.
- Safety Standards: Familiarity with OSHA regulations and industry safety protocols to ensure compliance.
- Preventive Maintenance: Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Strong diagnostic skills to efficiently identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate diagnostic tools and software for system analysis and maintenance.
