The Digital Retailing Strategy Associate is responsible for supporting the strategy development and execution for digital retailing initiatives. This role monitors, analyzes, and tracks KPIs for digital channels, identifying opportunities to optimize performance by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Consumer Credit & Funding, IT, Risk, and FPNA.
What You Will Do
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an at home and office environment.
The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.

The Digital Retailing Strategy Associate is responsible for supporting the strategy development and execution for digital retailing initiatives. This role monitors, analyzes, and tracks KPIs for digital channels, identifying opportunities to optimize performance by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Consumer Credit & Funding, IT, Risk, and FPNA.
What You Will Do
- Data Tracking & Analysis
- Track, monitor and analyze performance of digital retailing pilot programs to identify opportunities.
- Prepare performance metric reports and provide to leadership on status.
- Collaborate with Central Data Office to develop necessary strategies to assess application traffic.
- Develop and prepare report utilizing software tools such as Excel, SQL and Tableau.
- New Project Support
- Participate in discussions with OEMs and certified Digital Retailing Solution (DRS) providers to support driving growth for digital channels.
- Support preparation for program launches and program management efforts for digital retailing initiatives.
- Collaborate with HCA cross-functional teams to facilitate meetings and develop strategy.
- Ad-hoc Digital Retailing Projects
- Conduct research to help identify areas of opportunities within the digital retailing space.
- Support preparation of presentation material.
- Minimum 2-4 years’ related experience in sales & marketing strategy or similar functions.
- Experience with software tools such as Excel, SQL and Tableau.
- Knowledge of the automotive or automotive finance industry a plus.
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing or related discipline
- Working knowledge with SQL and Tableau.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Understanding of data to create, summarize and present data analysis.
- Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills for strategy formulation.
- Proficient verbal/written communication skills to interact with internal/external stakeholders and prepare presentation materials.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills to work with various cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites including PowerPoint and Excel.
