Either from the bottom of the ocean capping the oil leak in the gulf in 2010 or from the top of the world, erecting the new world trade center, we help all industry with better bolting solutions RESPONSIBILITIES:Repairs and calibrate tools, pumps and equipment requiring mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic repair and performs preventive maintenance services. Pretesting of hydraulic/pneumatic pumps, tools and links for the sole purpose of proper form, fit and function.The job involves trouble-shooting, tearing down, repairing, reassembling and testing pumps, motors and tools in shop.Works with sales and service team members, engineers and customers to meet the growing day to day repair requirements.Checks tools for safety decals and safe operating features and maintains an accurate schedule and record of maintenance.Demonstrates orientation toward excellent customer service by conducting daily activities, communications and interactions in a cooperative, positive and professional manner.REQUIREMENTS:Minimum two (2) years of experience in repairing and maintaining tools and/or equipment.Ability to diagnose and successfully repair equipment or tools and plan a logical approach to troubleshooting and prioritizing workload.Must have and be able to use own set of basic tools.Demonstrated ability to work with hands and to work in mechanically oriented situations.Must be a dependable team player with high energy and a strong commitment to quality output.Ability to work with little or no supervision.Computer proficiency and excellent communication skills.Ability to routinely lift 25-75 lbs., and occasionally lift 76 to greater lbs.Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to 8 hours; frequent bending, stooping, crouching and reaching.Must be able to wear protective equipment as needed.Must have high school diploma or equivalent.Must have clean and valid driver’s license.#ZRCompany DescriptionIndustry leader with great innovation.
