We are looking for an ambitious, career-minded professional to join our client relations/inside sales team. The right individual will help develop service territories by targeting existing and potential customers through email and calling campaigns. They will support our mobile service team and regularly communicate with customers to strengthen relations and create new business opportunities.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Previous sales or client relations experience preferred. Will train the right candidate
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM
- Excellent written and communications skills; Effective listener
- Well spoken, strong phone presence
- Able to build instant rapport and understand customers’ needs
- Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
- Good organizational skills
- Able to work both independently and as a team
- Self-motivated, hardworking and reliable
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively contacting clients; Making phone calls, sending emails
- Developing and maintaining strong client relations and improving relations
- Understanding and fulfilling customers' needs
- Identifying sales opportunities
- Researching, creating new business opportunities, qualifying new leads, following-up
- Organizing workload and tracking leads
- Updating and maintaining leads in CRM
- Closing leads and meeting sales expectations
- Achieving customer satisfaction
