General Purpose
The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator responsible for the creation and maintenance of training job roles and curricula across the HYTORC Universe. This role is also responsible for maintaining the site’s Learning Management System (UKG Pro Learning) to track, monitor and deliver training, as well as support regulatory audits.

Description
General Purpose
The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator responsible for the creation and maintenance of training job roles and curricula across the HYTORC Universe. This role is also responsible for maintaining the site’s Learning Management System (UKG Pro Learning) to track, monitor and deliver training, as well as support regulatory audits.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Create and maintain training job courses and curricula for jobs across the HYTORC Universe.
- Secure and maintain training records; physical and electronic.
- Maintain a high level of Learning Management System knowledge.
- Assist with and resolve job role and curricula creation and maintenance questions.
- Assign curricula, and training courses.
- Generate reports including key indicators to monitor and measure training compliance.
- Provide evidence supporting regulatory audits.
- Be the subject matter expert for the LMS.
- Serve as a liaison between the Training Department and the HYTORC Universe for training content.
- Participate in global forums.
- Disseminate information and drive implementation of new training requirements.
- Other assignments as needed.

Education/Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of relevant job experience, or 5 years’ of LMS Management experience.
- Experience operating with customer and/or internal cross-functional teams.
- Strong software and computer skills and MS Office applications (proficient in PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel).
- Follow direction and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal, project management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.

- Responsible for creating and maintaining security roles within the LMS.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and customers.
- Moderate level of knowledge with the Microsoft Suite.
- Expert level of knowledge of a LMS, UKG Pro Learning preferred.
- Moderate level of eLearning development package preferred.
- Employee is required to sit for prolonged periods of time.
