What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair commercial cooking equipment: ovens, fryers, steamers, grills, etc.
- Perform planned preventive maintenance and on-demand service calls.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule covering weekends and holidays.
- Use mobile dispatch systems to track calls, document repairs, and order parts.
- Work in varied commercial foodservice environments with exposure to heat, steam, and active operations.
- Act as the face of Hytek at customer locations, delivering service with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with dispatch, CSR, and parts/warranty teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED. Complimentary vocational education preferred.
- 2 years’ experience in commercial kitchen, appliance repair, or complimentary field.
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and gas troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record; must be 18 .
- Ability to lift 50–70 lbs and work in busy foodservice environments.
- Flexibility for overtime, weekend/holiday on-call rotation, and occasional travel.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-first attitude.
