What You Will Do
- Coordinate the day-to-day flow of materials and Kanban replenishment activities to ensure production lines are supplied with the right parts at the right time and in the correct quantities.
- Monitor inventory levels, bin accuracy, material movement, and replenishment processes across manufacturing areas, proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact production schedules.
- Support the implementation of engineering and product changes by ensuring new materials, locations, and Kanban requirements are established while obsolete parts are removed in a timely manner.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of Kanban systems, inventory records, part locations, labels, and visual management tools to support efficient material flow.
- Analyze material flow and replenishment processes, recommend improvements, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support operational goals.
- A highly organized and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in maintaining accuracy and ensuring processes run smoothly.
- A proactive problem solver who can identify issues, prioritize tasks, and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- High school diploma or equivalent required, with 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Associate degree with 1-2 years of related experience.
- Experience in materials management, shipping/receiving, warehousing, logistics, or inventory control preferred.
- Working knowledge of Kanban systems, inventory replenishment, and material flow processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using enterprise resource planning (ERP), warehouse management, inventory control, or manufacturing execution systems.
- Ability to analyze inventory and production data to identify trends, resolve material shortages, and improve operational performance.
- Strong understanding of production support, inventory management, and supply chain best practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate competing demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and process improvement skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
