The Role
This is a high-impact, consultative sales role focused on driving growth across an established Midwest territory.
You’ll work directly with customers to understand operational challenges and deliver integrated solutions across packaging materials, equipment, and supply chain optimisation.
Compensation
- Lucrative base salary (flexible depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure
- Top performers earning $300K–$400K

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow relationships across manufacturing, food processing, e-commerce, and distribution
- Identify inefficiencies in packaging, automation, and operational workflows
- Deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
- Drive new business while expanding existing accounts
- Work cross-functionally to design and implement solutions
- Support trials, installations, and ongoing optimisation
- Manage pipeline and forecasting through CRM
