We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implementation Project Manager to lead deployments of our AI agents for healthcare organizations. You will manage the full lifecycle of implementing our AI solutions with enterprise healthcare clients, working with Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers from kickoff to growth phase. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of external, client-facing implementation project management experience, with a strong preference for those who have experience with Healthcare and/or SaaS offerings. This position will be reporting to Hyro's Head of Delivery.Responsibilities: Lead implementation projects for our AI Agents from kickoff to successful deployment in healthcare environments.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk trackers and resource allocation.Build and nurture strong client partnerships with various key stakeholders to ensure full alignment throughout the implementation journeyCoordinate and communicate with internal and external resources including third parties/vendors for the execution of client implementation projects.Translate Hyro's technical AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes that address specific client needs.Develop mitigation strategies for potential implementation challenges specific to healthcare environments.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and sales, to ensure seamless and high quality project execution.Equal Opportunities: Hyro is an equal opportunity employer. Requirements:3 years experience as a Project Manager, demonstrated success in client-facing implementation projectsStrong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build trust with healthcare stakeholdersExperience managing client expectations, scope changes, and escalations in complex projectsStrong understanding of project management methodologies, tools (e.g., Jira, Asana), and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.Experience managing external delivery projects with enterprise clients. Experience with SaaS offerings.Experience in a healthtech company - big advantage.This is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Offered rate of compensation (NY locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000 annually. The range provided is for NY-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than NY may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
