You will drive the development and evolution of our conversational AI technology while managing a team focused on building new features, enhancing existing capabilities, and ensuring optimal performance of our chat solution.

What Are We Looking For?
We’re searching for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our growing team in New-York. You'll play a pivotal role in leading one of our AI Product team. You will drive the development and evolution of our conversational AI technology while managing a team focused on building new features, enhancing existing capabilities, and ensuring optimal performance of our chat solution.
Responsibilities:
- A technical leader of a development team, with the ability to be involved in day-to-day development activities (code reviews, architecture review, bug fixes if needed)
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of backend and frontend developers, fostering technical excellence and innovation
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to shape and prioritize product features, driving product success
- Capacity to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment, ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work
- Support and enhance existing use cases while building new features to improve our client-facing dashboard
- Build complex products and implement architecture solutions for a high-quality user experience
- 3 years of experience in managerial positions.
- 4 years of hands-on software engineering experience in Python and Javascript (Node.JS) (advantage)
- Familiarity with industry-standard monitoring systems (e.g. Splunk, DataDog, New Relic, etc.)
- Familiarity with AWS / Azure / GCP services
- Experience using Databases (MySQL / Postgres / Snowflake / MongoDB)
- Experience designing, building, and operating large systems with emphasis on scalability, high availability, comprehensive testing, and performance optimization.
- Experience building virtual assistants (LangChain, Pipecat) - advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficient English

Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
