Qualifications:
- 13 years in manufacturing engineering with strong process improvement experience
- Proven skills in manufacturing methods and error reduction
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial Engineering or related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and improve current manufacturing processes and tools
- Implement strategies to boost productivity and quality
- Introduce advanced manufacturing technologies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align engineering and production goals
- Build and lead a skilled engineering team
- Develop and execute capital project plans
- Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
