- Serving as the primary site expert for maintaining critical automation systems and industrial networks.
- Troubleshooting complex material handling control systems including PLC controllers, Ethernet, and motor control systems.
- Monitoring performance metrics and partnering with maintenance teams to address system issues and improve throughput.
- Providing first-level escalation support for technicians both locally and remotely to ensure operational continuity.
- Performing detailed system assessments to enhance the performance of automated material handling equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience in PLC programming.
- Proven experience with Ladder Logic and structured programming using Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Codesys PLCs.
- Strong understanding of electrical theory, robotics, controls components, and automated industrial equipment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays as required by operations.
- Experience troubleshooting HMI components, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and standard electrical distribution systems.
