Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications and microservices using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Build enterprise-grade Generative AI applications, including AI agents, intelligent chatbots, RAG-based applications, and AI-powered automation solutions.
- Develop and integrate solutions using AWS Bedrock and enterprise Large Language Model (LLM) platforms.
- Design robust data ingestion and retrieval pipelines, including document processing, chunking, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Develop AI agent workflows, including intent classification, routing, tool integration, orchestration, and multi-step reasoning workflows.
- Implement AI guardrails, safety controls, content filtering, access controls, and responsible AI practices suitable for enterprise environments.
- Design and develop secure, highly available, and scalable RESTful APIs and distributed services.
- Leverage AWS services to build resilient and cost-effective cloud-native solutions.
- Apply software engineering best practices including clean architecture, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, application security, and production operations.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, data engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve application performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and contribute to technical standards and engineering best practices.
- Lead the delivery of a technical workstream, coordinating development activities and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery.
- Stay current with emerging GenAI, agentic AI, LLM, and cloud technologies and evaluate their applicability to enterprise use cases.
