This role requires ownership of end-to-end solution delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven planning execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of supply chain planning solutions (Demand, Supply, Scheduling).
- Conduct requirement gathering, workshops, and translate business needs into functional/technical designs.
- Perform system configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
- Support fit-gap analysis and evaluation of planning tools (SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP, Blue Yonder).
- Ensure data readiness, migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Manage integrations between SAP ERP and planning platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, manufacturing, supply chain).
- Ensure compliance with regulated environments (GxP/validation standards).
- Drive process improvements and standardization across business units.
- 8 years in supply chain planning systems (Demand, Supply, Scheduling).
- Strong hands-on configuration experience in SAP IBP or similar tools.
- Experience integrating planning tools with SAP ERP.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Experience with data mapping, data strategy, and large-scale implementations.
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with Kinaxis, OMP, or Blue Yonder (mention tool duration on resume).
- Background in life sciences or regulated industry environments.
- Prior experience in large enterprise or multi-division implementations.
- Techno-functional consultant who can bridge business and technical teams.
- Strong in solution design, configuration, and end-to-end delivery.
- Experienced in complex, data-driven planning environments.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-paced settings.
