PeopleSoft Financials AP Functional Analyst

Seeking a PeopleSoft Financials Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) to support production issues and system enhancements. Ideal candidate has hands-on functional experience, works closely with business users, and understands AP integrations like Fixed Assets and Lease Administration.

• PeopleSoft Financials (FSCM)

• Accounts Payable (AP) core module expertise

• Functional support / production support (70%)

• Business user interaction / requirement gathering

• Issue troubleshooting & resolution

• PUM upgrades (PeopleSoft Update Manager)

• AP integrations (Fixed Assets, Lease Administration)

• PeopleSoft Expenses (nice to have)

• Act as SME for PeopleSoft Financials with focus on AP

• Provide production support (issue resolution, troubleshooting)

• Work with business users to gather requirements and resolve issues

• Support system enhancements and small projects

• Coordinate with technical teams for issue escalation

• Assist in AP-related module implementations (Fixed Assets, Lease Admin)

• Support training team with functional inputs

• Participate in PUM upgrades (if applicable)

• Strong functional (non-technical) PeopleSoft FSCM experience

• Deep knowledge of Accounts Payable processes

• Experience supporting end users in production environment

• Comfortable working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Exposure to AP-related integrations (Fixed Assets / Lease Admin)

• Prior experience in government/public sector is a plus
