Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing and developing integrations across Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, P2P, and O2C business processes. The ideal candidate must have deep experience with FBDI-based integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation cycles.

This role requires strong technical expertise with the full Oracle Cloud tech stack, including OIC, REST APIs, SQL/PLSQL, ATP Database, Oracle PaaS, OCI DevOps, APEX, VBCS, and Redwood. The developer will be responsible for designing integrations, performing data migrations, troubleshooting issues, and working directly with functional teams and end users.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Design & Development

• Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) across Financials, P2P, and O2C.
• Build and maintain Oracle Cloud ERP integrations using FBDI, ADFDI, REST APIs, SOAP services, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Develop interfaces between Oracle Cloud ERP and third-party systems.
• Implement integrations leveraging ATP Database, Oracle PaaS, OCI DevOps, and related Oracle cloud services.
  
  

Data Conversions & Migrations

• Lead and participate in full data conversion cycles using FBDI, ADFDI, and REST-based data loading.
• Support end-to-end migration activities including mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot FBDI load errors and provide fixes to ensure successful conversions.

Business Process & Functional Knowledge

• Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, AP, AR, and GL process flows.
• Ability to collaborate with functional consultants to gather integration requirements.
• Provide technical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Work directly with end users for validation, testing, issue resolution, and training support.
  
  

Implementation Experience

• Must have participated in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
• Experience across all phases: requirements, design, build, SIT, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Ability to provide technical documentation, design specs, and support QA teams.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud ERP Integration Developer.
• Strong expertise with FBDI, ADFDI, SQL, PL/SQL, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with ATP, PaaS, OCI DevOps, APEX, VBCS, Redwood.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working closely with business/end users.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Experience with workflow/BPM configurations.
• Exposure to Financial Reporting and Data Reconciliation.
