Key Responsibilities
Integration Design & Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy OIC-based integrations across Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Recruiting Cloud, Core HR, and Payroll).
- Build inbound and outbound integrations using OIC, HDL, HCM Extracts, and Oracle REST/SOAP APIs.
- Implement integrations between Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and third-party job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and background check solutions.
- Develop data flows, transformations, mappings, and error-handling logic for seamless data exchange.
- Create reusable integration components and templates following best practices.
- Prepare functional and technical design documents (MD050, MD070) and data mapping specifications.
- Configure connection adapters, lookups, and security policies in OIC.
- Optimize performance and reliability of integrations across Oracle Cloud environments.
- Participate in Unit, SIT, and UAT testing of integrations.
- Support cutover, deployment, and post-go-live validation activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across middleware, OIC, and HCM modules.
- Work closely with functional consultants, Oracle Cloud administrators, and client IT teams.
- Provide detailed technical documentation, integration diagrams, and support handover materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Minimum 3 years working with Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Recruiting (ORC), Core HR, and Payroll.
- Proven experience developing OIC integrations using SOAP, REST, FTP, and HCM Extracts.
- Expertise in HCM Data Loader (HDL) for bulk data loads and inbound integrations.
- Experience with ORC integrations to external systems such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday ATS, or custom job boards.
- Familiarity with FBL, BI Publisher, and OTBI for custom reporting and file-based integrations.
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS), SOAP/REST APIs
