Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS) / Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) Functional Consultant to serve as the primary functional lead for implementation and ownership of the AHCS/FAH module. This role will work closely with Finance leadership, including the CFO organization, and play a key role in designing accounting transformations, integrations, reporting, and ERP-to-EPM data flows.
The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across GL, AP, AR, FA, and P2P, along with hands-on experience leading end-to-end implementations, testing (SIT/UAT), and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities
Functional Leadership & Module Ownership
- Act as the functional owner of Oracle AHCS/FAH module.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Accounting Hub, ensuring alignment with enterprise accounting policies.
- Design subledger accounting rules, mapping sets, journal line rules, and accounting methods.
- Configure and support GL, AP, AR, FA, and P2P modules in Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Partner with Finance leadership and CFO teams to define accounting transformation requirements.
- Design and support ERP-to-EPM integrations for budgeting, planning, and financial consolidation.
- Support GL balance transfers and subledger reconciliations for EPM.
- Develop and validate financial reports using:
- FRS (Financial Reporting Studio)
- Smart View
- OTBI
- BI Publisher (BIP)
- Ensure data integrity between subledger and GL modules.
- Design functional requirements for inbound and outbound integrations using OIC, REST APIs, and FBDI.
- Mentor Oracle Cloud ERP technical developers in implementing integrations and custom reports.
- Review and validate technical designs for financial data integrations.
- Support third-party system integrations feeding into Accounting Hub.
- Lead SIT and UAT cycles for AHCS/FAH and Financial modules.
- Develop and review test scripts and reconciliation procedures.
- Support defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Assist business users during user acceptance testing.
- Provide hypercare and stabilization support post-implementation.
- Assist Finance users during month-end and year-end close cycles.
- Troubleshoot accounting and reconciliation issues.
- Continuously improve configurations and reporting capabilities.
- 5 years of experience in Oracle Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) or Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS).
- Strong functional knowledge across:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Experience with ERP-to-EPM data flows.
- Hands-on experience with reporting tools:
- FRS, Smart View, OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP)
- Proven experience supporting SIT, UAT, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Experience working directly with CFO and Finance leadership teams.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
