Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of data hubs, data lakes, and data pipelines on AWS Databricks.
- Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows, data ingestion for structured/unstructured data.
- Design enterprise data models (relational, dimensional, columnar).
- Partner with source system teams to define integration rules and data ingestion patterns (batch/streaming).
- Implement data quality, governance, lineage, and cataloging standards.
- Conduct detailed data analysis to validate source data and support business use cases.
- Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and application teams to deliver consumption-ready datasets.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and guidance to junior engineers.
