Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ETL Data QA professional to join our team in Columbus, OH. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ETL testing within a data warehouse environment, along with test automation expertise and exposure to modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and AWS. This role also requires the ability to lead and guide QA analysts within a project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end ETL testing in a data warehouse environment, including source-to-target validation
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, integrity, and transformation logic
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for data validation and regression testing
• Work closely with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements
• Execute testing for large-scale datasets in Snowflake and AWS environments
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects through resolution
• Lead and mentor QA analysts on the project team, providing guidance on testing strategies and best practices
• Contribute to test planning, test strategy, and QA process improvements
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of ETL testing experience in a data warehouse environment
• 3 years of test automation experience
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake
• 2 years of experience working with AWS
• 2 years of experience leading or mentoring QA analysts on a project team
• Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis
• Experience with data quality, data reconciliation, and reporting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
