Quality Technician (2nd Shift)

 We are currently seeking a highly motivated Final Inspection Quality Technician for our 2nd shift. 

 Shifts: 2nd (3pm-11pm) or 3rd (11pm - 7am) 

 Responsibilities  

• Final inspections on component parts; assuring compliance with specifications and maintaining accurate records in accordance with quality control procedures and regulatory requirements. 
• Performs mechanical and dimensional inspection on components and assemblies per specifications and work instructions. 
• Inspect all manufacturing documentation for completeness and accuracy 
• Interacts with Quality Staff, Production Manager and Engineering to ensure compliance and that all issues are resolved. 
• Ensures tools and equipment meet standards and calibration requirements.  

Qualifications  

• Proficient in (GD&T) a plus
• Excellent Math Skills 
• Quality Records Documentation 
• CMM operation experience a plus
• Inspection & Gauging of parts
