About HYPR Local
HYPR Local is a Birmingham-based digital marketing agency built for multi-location operators, PE-backed platforms, and roll-ups. We work with multi-brand portfolio operators, service-industry platforms, and high-net-worth consumer businesses across the Southeast.
We've grown faster than our coordination capacity. We need a second project coordinator to keep our growing book of clients running on schedule.
The Role
You're the operational heartbeat of a portfolio of mid-tier accounts. You'll own the day-to-day rhythm of about 8 clients — calendar reviews, asset chasing, approval coordination, status reports, onboarding admin. The work isn't always glamorous, but it's the difference between a content system that ships and one that stalls.
You'll work alongside our current Project Manager and report to her. As you grow into the role, you'll take on more senior client coordination.
What You'll Own
· Calendar review for ~8 mid-tier client content calendars. Catch errors, enforce brand rules, route to the right reviewer.
· Asset chasing — text, email, and DM the GMs and their teams for photos, videos, approvals. Hit deadlines.
· Approval coordination — make sure content lands at the right reviewer at the right time. Track approval-cycle metrics.
· Status reports — weekly written check-ins per client. Concise, structured, action-oriented.
· Onboarding admin for new clients — set up Drive folders, GBP access, calendar templates, brand reference docs.
· Outsourced contributor coordination — daily / weekly check-ins with our offshore writers. Brief them, review their work, route revisions.
· Reporting prep — pull data from our daily digest, paid media platforms, and Google Business Profile into clean monthly client reports.
Who You Are
· 1–3 years in marketing agency, customer success, or client-facing operations
· Highly organized. You don't drop balls.
· Comfortable with text- and email-heavy days. You'd rather send a clear message than schedule a call.
· Curious about what makes content perform — you don't just push pixels, you start to develop a point of view on what works.
· Quick learner — comfortable with new tools (Google Workspace, ClickUp, Google Business Profile, paid media dashboards, Claude AI workflows).
· Sharp written communication. Bonus if you can edit other people's writing.
What This Role Is Not
· It's not a creative role. We have writers and designers.
· It's not a strategy role yet — but it can grow into one.
· It's not 9-to-5 in an office. We're async-friendly but the cadence matters.
Why You'd Take This Job
· You'll see the operating system of a multi-brand agency from the inside. That's hard to learn anywhere else.
· You'll work directly with the Project Manager and the Founder. Small team; your work is visible.
· Real growth path — Account Coordinator → Senior Account Coordinator → Account Director within 18–36 months for the right person.
· You'll touch some of the most interesting service-industry operators in the Southeast.
How We Work
· Remote-first, Birmingham gravity
· Heavy async (Slack and Google Workspace)
· Weekly internal sync; otherwise text and email
· Heavy use of Claude AI for production work; you should be comfortable with AI in the loop
· Performance-oriented, not hours-oriented — but cadence matters

3. Why this role makes sense for you right now (and FT vs PT preference)?
