The ideal candidate will be qualified to operate excavators over 50k loaders, skid steers, rollers, etc, and experience supervising a five-person crew efficiently.

Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must have 5 years of operating experience.
- Be able to read grade stakes and interpret grades.
- Must have knowledge of working with trench boxes and dewatering systems.
- Have a valid CDL is a plus
- Operate a windows based computer to keep timesheets and daily paperwork.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
- Be able to make decisions in the field to take corrective actions necessary for job duties.
- Be able to communicate with not only others inside of Hypower but with the city and client officials.
- Work schedule can be day and or night shifts
- Must be willing to work with construction crews, doing physical labor if required.
