The wage range for this position is $29/hr - $35/hr based on experience and qualifications.Eight or more years of electrical experience

- Excellent understanding of NEC Code requirements and OSHA safe work practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A valid Florida State or County Journeyman Electrician license
- Proven experience with job scheduling, QA processes and labor production tracking.
- Proven ability to clearly define daily goals to the crew, consistently follow up on progress, train on areas they are not strong in and mentor them in their career path.
