Our team is hiring a AP / AR Coordinator for our Infrastructure group to process contracts, payables, receivable, and collections. This is an in-office position based in the one of the following locations: Chambersburg, PA; Fort Lauderdale, FL; or Jacksonville, FL.
Below is a brief outline of duties that will be required.
Experience with platforms such as Procore, Textura and/or GC pay are welcome but not necessary.
Degree in finance, accounting or a related field, plus 2 years of combined AP/AR experience

Below is a brief outline of duties that will be required.
- Payables:
- Verify invoices to PO and coding, subcontractors' invoices to Scope of work in a timely manner.
- Resolve invoice discrepancies, vender credits, statement variances and payment exceptions.
- Submit compliance documentation to clients (Certificate of Insurance, Affidavits, etc.,)
- Contracts:
- Prepare/revise and send blanket subcontracts to potential new subcontractors, per project requirements.
- Review subcontractor compliance with our requirements.
- Renew blanket subcontracts with existing subcontractors.
- Send subcontractors’ scope of work and change orders on a project basis.
- Receivable:
- Help prepare billing documents for clients, invoices, AIA G702/G703 documents.
- Prepare releases from Hypower to clients per Hypower and or clients requirements.
- Follow up on payment status from client.
- Ensure all necessary sub-tier releases are collected to submit for payment release per project requirementnts.
Experience with platforms such as Procore, Textura and/or GC pay are welcome but not necessary.
