Electrician Foreman - Jacksonville Area

Hypower Inc. is currently seeking an Electrician Foreman to join our team.

We have multiple larger projects in Jacksonville area.   The wage range for this position is $32/hr - $38/hr based on experience and qualifications.  

• A valid Florida State or County Journeyman Electrician license
• Six or more years of electrical experience, with at least one year as an Electrical Foreman.
• CAD / Drafting experience is a plus (could lead to a career opportunity in our VDC department)
• Excellent understanding of NEC Code requirements and OSHA safe work practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience with job scheduling, QA processes and labor production tracking.
• Proven ability to clearly define daily goals to the crew, consistently follow up on progress, train on areas they are not strong in and mentor them in their career path.
• Proven ability to interpret plans, specifications, and product data
• Proven ability to proactively identify problems/constraints and resolve them timely and professionally.
