In this role, you will:
- Manage the architecture design and technical solutions of large-scale systems, ensuring optimal performance, concurrency, and availability.
- Manage and lead the technical team to solve complex technical challenges and facilitate efficient communication and collaboration.
- Maintain system stability and ensure it operates with high availability and supports high concurrency.
- Actively engage in agile development processes to ensure timely delivery of projects with exceptional quality.
You might thrive in this role if you have:
- 5 years of experience in relevant industry experience or related fields.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with over 3 years of development experience and a clean, efficient coding style.
- Expertise in Golang or NodeJS development; knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or Rust is a plus; demonstrates strong technical skills and excellent programming practices.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Mandarin and English.
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, familiarity with DeFi projects on Ethereum or Solana, and hands-on experience with relevant projects.
- Proficient in using Redis, MySQL, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or one or more of these technologies.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithm design, with strong modular design skills and the ability to independently analyze and solve problems.
