These positions are available on our Light & Heavy Industrial Consumables Teams. You can contribute to our 100% Associate-owned company by participating in process improvement initiatives to reduce environmental impacts, enhance quality, reduce cost, and increase our shared profits.

- Competitive Compensation: Base hourly pay to start at $20.65/hour plus 15% shift differential
- Reduced Medical premiums – starting on Day 1
- Employee Stock Ownership and Annual Profit-Sharing with a target of 20%

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Trouble shooting
- Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture
- Ability to work with required PPE
- Standing for extended periods - 8-hour shifts
- Control handheld power tools
- Requires manual dexterity and repetitive motion activities
