- Competitive Compensation: Base hourly pay to start at $22.0/hour ($20.00/hour base, plus 10% 2nd shift differential) PLUS an Annual Profit-Sharing with a target of 20% BONUS.

Qualifications For Our Assembly Positions
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow directions and standard work documents
- Attention to detail
- Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture
Physical Demands
- Ability to work with required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Standing for extended periods - 8-hour shifts
- Control handheld power tools
- Requires manual dexterity and repetitive motion activities
