Business Team (BT) Supply Chain Manager
Hypertherm is seeking a BT Supply Chain Manager who will have the chance to lead a team across several areas of the business, as well as the chance to develop a team who are in different arcs of their career.
In this role, your supply chain leadership experience will be utilized to manage and oversee overall Business Team Supply Chain activities including master scheduling, inventory management, procurement and material handling / receiving .

Lead and develop a team of supply chain associates by setting performance goals, delivering ongoing feedback, and ensuring timely completion of HR‑driven review cycles.
Oversee Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) by maintaining the master production schedule, coordinating capacity and inventory plans, and managing material forecasts.
Drive category management strategies that align with engineering, operations, and market trends to meet both short‑ and long‑term business needs.
Direct inventory management processes, optimizing replenishment methods and inventory levels while managing slow‑moving and obsolete material.
Manage engineering change processes to minimize impacts on customer commitments, production flow, costs, and inventory.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of master data within Oracle for all purchased and manufactured parts, including lead times, planning parameters, and item attributes.
Reduce total cost of ownership by evaluating sourcing options, managing risk (e.g., tariffs), and guiding make‑versus‑buy decisions with Operations and Engineering.
Maintain assurance of supply by managing purchase orders, assessing supplier risks, driving supplier performance improvements, supporting new product introduction, and reporting key supply chain metrics to leadership.
Who you are and the experience you will bring:
A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 7 years of supply chain experience
Proven leadership and team development experience
Strong written and verbal presentation and communication skills
Proven contract development and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail
Preferred experience to differentiate you:
MS/MBA 6-8 years of experience
Location: Hanover, NH
Travel: up to 20%

This is the base pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire.
Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors.
Salary : $120,056 - $200,092
