Your Role:
As an Account Executive, you will be the trusted advisor to our clients. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying needs to delivering complex technology solutions and fostering long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, becoming a known, liked, and trusted advisor.
- Design and present custom-tailored IT solutions by deeply understanding and analyzing client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and solutions.
- Track and record all sales activities and metrics throughout the sales process.
- Stay current with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and the latest IT products and solutions.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT-related technology sales (VAR experience is a plus).
- A proven history of meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals and quotas.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with a CRM is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
