What You’ll Be Contributing:
- Identify, prepare and organize components & consumables according to BOM.
- Cut to length & crimp electrical wires of various gauges and color-coding following specification sheet and safety standard.
- Assemble electrical panels from small to medium sizes and install components in accordance with standard practices.
- Route and connect electrical & network wires according to pattern on the schematics.
- Maintain accurate written records of processes, materials used, and testing outcomes for quality assurance.
- Assemble systems following written instructions from the standard operating procedure.
- Assemble completed products for quality testing, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
- Carefully disassemble tested items and prepare components for further processing.
- Package products safely and efficiently for shipping or storage, adhering to company standards.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and ensure the workspace is clean and organized.
- Use of manual and battery powered hand tools.
What Sets You Apart
- Must be 18 years or older.
- One year of experience in a similar role required.
- High School diploma, GED or technical training program in electronics, computer science or any related area.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write in English at the full professional proficiency level.
- This position does require prolonged standing/walking for 8 or more hours based on overtime and business needs; pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50lbs; and repetitive bending, squatting, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
- Very good dexterity, meticulous and must be detail oriented.
- Capable of working with manual & electrical hand tools.
- Capacity to read circuit diagram and technical drawing is an asset.
