About the roleTitle: Media Sales Representative
Reports to: Managing Director
The Media Sales Representative for hyperscope media is a dynamic sales professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in media sales. This role requires a blend of independent sales execution and collaborative team support. The Media Sales Representative will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle for some accounts, from prospecting to closing, while also supporting the broader sales team in various capacities.
This position demands a self-starter with a keen understanding of media sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to evolving industry trends. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team to drive sales growth and support the development of innovative media products.
Media Sales Execution - 40%
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for assigned accounts and supporting the sales team in closing deals.
· Independently manage the entire sales process for certain accounts, from initial prospecting to final close
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies
· Conduct sales presentations and negotiate deals with clients
· Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Sales Support and Client Management - 25%
You will play a crucial role in maintaining and organizing client information and supporting the transition to new systems.
· Support the sales team with maintenance of clients and prospects lists
· Assist in the transition to and ongoing management of a CRM system
· Research, identify, log, and cold call prospects, with a high focus on non-endemic businesses
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Marketing and Product Development Support - 20%
You will contribute to the creation of marketing materials and the development of new media products.
· Support the creation of Go-To-Market materials, Media Kits, and other marketing collateral across properties
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and monitor competitor activities
· Support the development of media products that align with the brand's mission and advertisers' needs
· Assist in crafting compelling sales proposals
Sales Process Improvement and Inbound Marketing - 15%
You will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our sales processes and support inbound marketing initiatives.
· Provide insights and suggestions for improving sales processes and strategies
· Support inbound marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase brand awareness
· Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts
· Participate in sales team meetings and contribute ideas for process optimization
