- Make outbound sales calls and conduct customer outreach
- Build relationships with shippers
- Learn customer transportation needs and provide solutions
- Manage your sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Strong Negotiation and Pricing skills for Carriers
- Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent customer service
- Drive revenue growth and customer retention
