Hyperion Solutions is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Shipping & Assembly Operator, for our Elevator Equipment Corporation location, in Richmond, IN to support our power unit product. Hyperion is constantly looking for talented, self-motivated, skilled team members to join our team. Reporting to the Area Supervisor, this position plays an integral part on the team by assisting in our goal to build high-quality elevator components.

- Loading & unloading of trucks
- Quickly and efficiently assemble product
- Use hand tools to complete assembly of assigned product
- Test assemblies to ensure quality and functionality
- Package small parcel and freight items for shipments
- Assist with inventory management
- Maintain, organize, and clean equipment and work area
- Notify supervisor when faulty equipment or defective materials are discovered
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift operation experience preferred
- Shipping/loading freight experience preferred
- Requires exercising good judgment
- Requires attention to detail
- Ability to safely use and lift equipment weighing up to 40 pounds
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for up to 8 hours per day
