We’re seeking a Continuous Improvement (CI) Program Manager to champion operational excellence and lead our company-wide continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Richmond General Manager, this leader will design, launch, and sustain a CI program that drives measurable impact in efficiency, quality, and culture.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Program: Create and implement the strategy, structure, and documentation for a sustainable CI program.
- Inspire and Mentor Teams: Engage crossfunctional groups, coach leaders and employees, and foster a culture of learning and improvement.
- Deliver Results: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to eliminate waste, optimize processes, and improve productivity.
- Measure What Matters: Track KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Champion Change: Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption and longterm success of new processes.
- Drive Projects: Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver results on highimpact projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Operations).
- 4 to 6 years of proven success leading process improvement initiatives.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), or similar.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset.
- Experience leading crossfunctional teams and managing projects.
- Excellent communication and influence skills to engage at all levels.
- Ability to travel periodically to Los Angeles, CA and Mesquite, TX.
