Job Description:
Hyperion Biotechnology, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead a multi-state VA water safety and Legionella compliance program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage program execution across CA, AZ, NM
- Coordinate engineering, plumbing, and lab teams
- Interface with VA stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with ASHRAE 188 and VA requirements
- Oversee reporting, scheduling, and deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (engineering, public health, or related)
- Minimum 5 years program management experience
- Experience with healthcare facilities or federal contracts
- Knowledge of water management programs (WMPs)
Preferred:
- VA experience strongly preferred
- PMP or ASSE 12080 certification
Work Requirements:
- Must reside in CA or AZ
- ~10% travel required
- Strong communication and responsiveness
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and systems
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
