Title: FAP Support Service Assistant (FSSA)

Job Summary
The FAP Support Service Assistant (FSSA) will provide administrative and coordination support to the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) under the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) G9 Family Advocacy Support Services (FASS) Task Order. This role requires strong organizational skills to facilitate FAP trainings, meetings, recordkeeping, and documentation as well as provide general logistical and clerical support.
Major Responsibilities/Activities
- Provide administrative and logistical support for FAP trainings, meetings, and documentation.
- Maintain training rosters, certification files, and program calendars.
- Prepare minutes for IDC-CCSM, Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings, and assist with FASOR entries.
- Help establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and MOUs/MOAs.
- Coordinate public awareness campaign support.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in family violence services and administrative support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Pass a background check including a National Sex Offender Registry check and state child abuse registry verification.
