Production Worker

POSITION SUMMARY

Hyperframe is looking for dependable Production Operators with a positive attitude and strong work ethic to join our growing manufacturing team in Columbus.

This is a hands-on production position focused on operating equipment, producing quality parts, inspecting finished goods, and kitting products for shipment.

A positive attitude is a must. We are looking for people who show up ready to work, support their teammates, follow established processes, and take pride in producing quality work.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently

· Load materials and remove finished products

· Perform routine quality inspections using basic measuring tools

· Kit finished goods and verify correct parts and quantities

· Label and stage completed kits for shipment

· Complete required production and quality records

· Perform basic equipment cleaning and operator maintenance

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

· Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Manufacturing or production experience

· Machine operation experience

· Forklift operation experience

· Basic mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

· Ability to perform repetitive movements, bend, reach, push, and pull

· Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment and wear required personal protective equipment
