We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven individual to join our Account team. As an Account Manager, you will own the growth, retention, and strategic health of the client portfolio. This includes communicating the consultative recommendations for various interactive marketing challenges for your clients. We are looking for an individual who can work within a team-based organization that moves quickly to meet our clients' needs and is willing to bring proactive ideas to the table that help clients achieve their KPIs. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational and leadership qualities and a passion for growing our client’s business. Experience in the digital environment is a must. This position is hybrid and will work both remotely and from our Loveland, Ohio office.
Job Responsibilities
Account Managers are in direct contact with the Client and should maintain these relationships on a regular basis. It is the objective of the Account Manager to secure the Clients’ confidence as a digital marketing professional who can support their strategies and initiatives. Account Managers are responsible for overseeing and collaborating on reporting for digital marketing initiatives for assigned Clients.
Day to Day
- Develop strong relationships with client contacts
- Serve as the Account leader internally and externally, leading communications, gathering needs, and guiding the strategic roadmap to the client’s success
- Lead recommendations and approvals for projects, including managing client expectations and follow-through on commitments
- Collaborate with internal project managers and other teams / to oversee the execution of digital plans for assigned clients
- Manage multiple projects and multiple clients simultaneously
- Monitor client business to ensure strategy and metrics are successful, including preparing or collaborating on reporting to review performance
- Identify opportunities to maximize results, gain improvement, etc.
- Managing the scope of work, monitoring hours allocations, and understanding spikes or dips in profitability.
Qualifications You Will Need
- Three (3) years of experience with a digital agency or client-side digital marketing role
- Competency in serving clients with SEO, SEM, email, web, and mobile marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Relationship builder
- Proven track record of creating strategic partnerships and leading
- Comfortable presenting and client-facing communication
- Strategic mindset, analytic skills to think critically
- Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to learn and the desire to make an impact
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- BA/BS degree in business, communications, digital media, technology, or similar

Salary : $55,000 - $68,000
