The Role
We're hiring a Mid-Senior Bookkeeper to be the financial backbone across multiple business entities. This is not a routine, single-ledger role — you'll manage the full financial picture across diverse industries, keeping everything organized, accurate, and always a step ahead.
What You'll Do
• Own day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple entities: production, equipment/stage rentals, rental properties, residential development, and W-2 income
• Manage income, expenses, AP/AR, and reconciliations across all accounts
• Proactively flag upcoming payments, tax deadlines, and financial obligations — before anyone has to ask
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and cash flow improvements on your own initiative
• Serve as a responsive, trusted point of contact for ownership
• Coordinate with CPAs and other financial professionals
• Maintain meticulous records so nothing ever slips through the cracks
What We're Looking For
• 3 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally across multiple entities or industries
• 3 years of QuickBooks experience (Online and/or Desktop)
• Background in real estate, rental properties, or entertainment/production is a strong plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — not reactive
• Strong communication skills and professional discretion
• Based in or able to regularly work in the greater Nashville area
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
