Creative Specialist

The Creative Marketing Associate at Hyper Solutions supports visual storytelling and creative execution across internal teams and the Satellite Manufacturing network. This role assists with graphic design, content creation, and creative production for internal communications, marketing initiatives, and special projects.

The Creative Associate will gain exposure to branding, graphic design, and light video production while learning professional workflows and brand standards under the guidance of the Creative Marketing Director.

Core Responsibilities

• Create and support graphic design assets including presentations, layouts, signage, digital content, and branded materials.
• Apply and maintain brand standards across all creative deliverables.
• Support internal communications and culture initiatives with visual content and presentation materials.
• Assist with creative assets for Satellite Manufacturing locations, including signage, templates, launch kits, and branded materials.
• Help organize and maintain photo, video, and design asset libraries.
• Prepare files for print, digital, and physical production.
• Support onboarding materials, leadership communications, and internal events with branded creative assets.

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with basic photo and video capture for events, milestones, and internal communications.
• Support merchandise and promotional item design and production.
• Organize creative files, templates, and documentation.
• Help manage assigned tasks and deadlines within larger creative projects.
• Work with vendors and production partners under the direction of the Creative Marketing Director.
• Learn and follow established creative workflows, tools, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent portfolio experience.
• Internship, academic, or entry-level experience in design or creative work.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand standards.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow skills in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to work onsite and travel approximately 25% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic video editing or motion graphics experience.
• Familiarity with social and digital content formats.
• Exposure to photography, print production, or physical branding projects.
• Interest in manufacturing, technology, or industrial environments.
• Curiosity about emerging creative tools, including AI-assisted design platforms.

Compensation

The anticipated starting salary range for this role is 65,000-70,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications and location. This hire will be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
