Marketing Manager Requirements

BA or BS in Marketing or related discipline
3-5 years of experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in marketing and public relations at mid-to-senior level
Experience with marketing software and extensive computer knowledge specific to digital marketing of today and tomorrow
Must have experience in overseeing a website, including all analysis and testing and best practices for E-commerce
Must have email campaign management experience, including best practices for email
Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives
Proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
Strong written and verbal skills, an eye for detail, design, and layout
Strong social media knowledge and experience
Rolling Meadows, IL 60008 : Relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining global marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives for 4 business entities that operate in different industries

Evaluates customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and oversees marketing campaigns and related analysis

Oversees global marketing efforts, with strategic plans and objectives

Manages the entire Marketing life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities and execution

Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department and applicable senior management, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year in meeting organizational objectives

Prepares and oversees annual marketing budget

Develops and executes social media plans including evaluating current program and making appropriate improvements

Coordinate content development with 3rd party providers

Coordinate marketing plans and activities with business managers to ensure successful execution

Creates written marketing and public relations materials which build and promote our brands, including catalogs and brochures

Directs and tracks company ad campaigns on digital billboards and radio

Works with CEO to develop key messages and to direct overall marketing and public relations efforts
