What You’ll Do
- Prepare and maintain records of employee hiring, promotion, transfers and termination.
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll accurately and timely.
- Carry out searches for choice candidates by developing job descriptions, reviewing applications and interviewing candidates.
- Explain human resources policies, standards and procedures to employees to ensure compliance.
- Ensure company recruitment processes support guidelines for equal employment opportunities.
- Conduct review of personnel policies by analyzing employment related data to identify areas of improvement.
