Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist - $23.00 per hour Plus Commission (55K to 60K yr)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused E-Commerce Specialist to manage product listings, pricing, and digital content across multiple online platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring website functionality, optimizing product performance, supporting customer service operations, and driving business growth through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post and manage product listings on company e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces
- Work with Product Managers to maintain accurate and consistent pricing across all selling platforms
- Manage assortment sheets, asset lists, attribute files, pricing/conversion files, and order reconciliation processes
- Set up, launch, and develop new online marketplaces to expand sales channels
- Create and design product images and digital content to enhance online presence
- Oversee content management to ensure accurate, engaging, and customer-friendly product information
- Analyze historical sales data to provide guidance for third-party purchasing and inventory decisions
- Identify sales trends, product opportunities, and market insights to drive revenue and growth
- Deliver customer service support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Serve as backup support for the customer service department as needed
- Coordinate shipment logistics and order fulfillment to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations
Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce, product operations, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
· Experience using and interacting with people on Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit)
- Basic design skills or experience creating digital assets preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with Canva or Photoshop is a plus
- Demonstrates strong decision-making skills with the ability to make timely and effective judgments
· Ability to work independently to achieve set goals, evaluate challenges and actively seek assistance, if required.
