Job Summary
The Floor Associate supports guests throughout the facility, monitors all play zones for safety, and helps maintain our “Safe Clean Fun” standard. This is a fast-paced, active position that requires strong communication and great customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service
- Assist families as needed
- Monitor all play areas to ensure safe, appropriate play
- Clean and sanitize play areas, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces
- Restock supplies (socks, snacks, drinks, cleaning items)
- Support party hosts and help flip rooms between events
- Follow all opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures
Qualifications
- Must be reliable, friendly, and comfortable working with kids
- Able to stand/walk for long periods
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability is required
- Customer service or childcare experience is a plus
