Position Overview
We are hiring part-time team members (8–16 hours per week) who are looking for supplemental income and are ready to contribute to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who:
- Already have work experience (customer service, childcare, hospitality, or similar)
- Want a consistent part-time schedule
- Take pride in doing things the right way — every time
What You’ll Do
- Actively monitor play areas to ensure child safety at all times
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and engaging experience for families
- Clean and reset play zones, restrooms, and party areas throughout your shift
- Enforce safety rules clearly and confidently with both children and parents
- Support birthday parties and special events
- Stay active, visible, and engaged — no standing around
What We’re Looking For

- Have previous work experience (preferred)
- Bring high energy and a positive attitude
- Are reliable and show up consistently for scheduled shifts
- Are comfortable being on their feet and moving the entire shift
- Can speak up clearly and confidently to enforce safety rules

- Want to help create a 5-star experience, not just complete tasks
Schedule & Availability Requirements
- 8–16 hours per week
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Must be able to commit to scheduled shifts consistently
- This is a supplemental/part-time role, not a primary full-time position
Compensation
- $15–$16 per hour (based on age)
- Paid training

Important Expectations
- This is an active, hands-on role — cleaning, monitoring, and engaging with guests at all times
- Reliability is critical — frequent call-outs or last-minute schedule changes will not be tolerated
- Team members are expected to be ready to work when clocking in
